We use professional-grade, flexible acrylic textile paints that are specifically designed to bond with fabric fibers, ensuring the designs do not crack or peel.
How should I wash my custom-painted garments?
To preserve the artwork, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Always turn the garment inside out and hang to dry; avoid using bleach or high-heat dryers.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Each piece is hand-painted to order. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days for production, followed by 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
Can I request a completely original design?
Yes! We love custom commissions. You can contact our design team via the 'Custom Request' page to provide your ideas, color preferences, and reference images.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on painted items?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-painted items are non-refundable. However, if there is a defect with the base garment, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange.
Is the paint safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. All paints used at Custom Paints are non-toxic, water-based, and hypoallergenic once fully cured and heat-set.
