At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include the provided packing slip inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
